Recent versions of Mac OS X have a "Modifier Keys..." button in the Keyboard preferences which allows you to set the behavior of Caps Lock, Control, Option, and Command. Since these options became available via the System preferences, I haven't had the need to install separate remapping software. (I think I used to use uControl, but I don't remember for sure.)

I personally have Caps Lock and Control keys bound to Control via the Keyboard Preference Pane, and I suspect by binding Caps Lock to Control and the Control key to Option you could get the behavior you want. Likely you'll have to uninstall keymap4macbook or otherwise configure it to not interfere with your Preference Pane settings.
