[OS X Emacs] latex-aquamacs-greek characters

I have no experience with Greek (except in math mode, of course) but I do have experience in Japanese.  I've found that XeLaTeX is by far the easiest way to do what you are trying to do:  http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&id=xetex
