[OS X Emacs] German quotes in Aquamacs 2.4

I'm not sure the "correct" way to do this, but I found this great 
program a couple of weeks ago:

It let's you make any key do anything you want.  It helped me clean up 
some emacs/Linux mapping for my remote logins.  I'm sure you could get 
it to fix your issues.

At least you're just dealing with the Mac.  Once I got my local keyboard 
mapping to work I had to learn far too much about xmodmap to make emacs 
under Linux map the same way!
