[OS X Emacs] Full screen on dual display on Mountain Lion/10.8

Hi there,

 As much I like the idea of Lion/10.7's "true" full screen, in is painfull
in a dual monitor/display setup where I'd like to use the one monitor for
Aquamacs LaTeX editing, and the other for PDF displays etc. This was sorta
the way somewhere before I upgraded today to Aquamacs 2.5

 Any advice how to get this functionality back in 2.5 on ML/10.8 to not use
the native Lion/ML fullscreen?
