[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs 3.0, command line and frames

You might want to take a look at the variable 'pop-up-frames (C-h C-h v
pop-up-frames).  The whole story is in one-buffer-one-frame.el.

I have a similar work flow except I use dired-mode so I do a
new-buffer-in-new-frame (Cmd-n) and, in that buffer, open the new project's
root directory.
