[OS X Emacs] emulate-mac-german-keyboard-mode and Microsoft keyboard

emulate-mac-german-keyboard-mode assumes you're using a (german) Mac keyboard layout.

You can configure `emulate-mac-keyboard-mode-maps' to provide other layouts, including yours.
