[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs Arabic layout

Hi guys,
The OS X Arabic layout is quite different from the Windows layout. The Arabic layout shipped with Aquamacs is the Windows layout. So I modified the layout to make it more like the OS X layout. One issue I have with the layout is that diacritics will not show up at the end of the letter “la” (unicode: U+FEFB) but it is still written if I check the file with other editors. I also modified it to write Arabic numbers instead of the English counterparts.

I’m sorry for coming directly to you guys, I’m not sure who should receive this email but since I mainly use Aquamacs instead of the other OS X emacs I figured you guys should have it.
