[OS X Emacs] How do you change cursor in Aquamacs?

Can someone tell me how to change the cursor in Aquamacs?

I'd like to have a wide solid black rectangle in the selected buffer, a wide outline black rectangle in the non-selected buffer, and non-blinking.
