[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs v2 vs v3 mark behavior

I’m afraid I don’t reproduce this.

I start Aquamacs (freshly built with the change) without customizations via the Help/Diagnose menu.

I type 

lfsdjklkjsfdg lkdjfglkjdfglkjdfglkjdflgkj dlfkgjdfg.

And then press Command-Shift-Left.
My result is that the whole buffer contents are selected.
