[OS X Emacs] date modified bug?

Sorry, I think my post about aquamacs failing to set modified date metadata is misleading.  It seems to me now that the problem is due to a synchronization program I am running, not to aquamacs.

Is development still continuing?  Haven’t seen anything new in a while.
