[OS X Emacs] how to control colors when printing

I don't know how to change htmlize-font-size-scaling-factor. I can't find
it with C-h v, or browsing Options -> Customize Aquamacs. I Google'd a bit,
which suggests that I need to require htmlize.el in my startup file?
