[OS X Emacs] aquamacs startup problem

This is valuable.
But,  what is necessary to reproduce it?

Are there settings, procedures that are different, or perhaps a different OS version, on of the Mac Minis?

Does deleting Library/Preferences/org.gnu.Aquamacs.plist  help?
