[OS X Emacs] New command line tool: emacs

I assume you are on OS X 10.11.

Did the external package installer start up when you installed the command line tools from within Aquamacs?

(The external package does not contain the emacs script.)

What is supposed to happen is that a link to MacOS/bin/emacs is created in /usr/local/bin.

When you do “touch /usr/local/bin/test” from a terminal, do you get an error?  I’m asking because I’m wondering about permissions.
