[OS X Emacs] problem with Mac OS menus

Michiel,

Here are two things to do to make progress on this bug in Aquamacs, macOS, or some setting or extension on your machine:

1. How to reproduce:
Does this reproduce without configuration (Help/Diagnose menu)?
If so, does it reproduce when using a newly-made user account?
If so, I would then ask how to reproduce it on another machine (ideally one would start without many installed programs).

2. What the problem is:
The next step would involve that you build the program from its source, reproduce the problem, and then debug it, for example by enabling NSTRACE (see source code, nsterm.h, etc.) and by watching where exactly the error occurs.

Hope that helps.

Best,
David

When I move the cursor down, the menu flashes and the cursor jumps back to the top line. So I seem completely stuck, but when I move the cursor _very fast_ to the opposite corner of the screen this behaviour stops and I can use the cursor again.
