[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs 3.3: control print margin size

Hi Matthew,

The change to printing wasn’t intentional, and it annoys me too. Someone should take a look at htmlize and the associated machinery, for the next version.

The change for C-x 5 2 was probably due to a change in Emacs.

This post says it's not an easy-to-use Aquamacs feature: http://www.mac-forums.com/switcher-hangout/334089-printing-aquamacs.html , but the linked-to post only shows how to set the buffer zoom level, which (BTW) is no longer honored by Aquamacs. (It used to be that I could zoom the buffer to a smaller font and then print; this would let me get more text on a page. Why was this changed?)
