[OS X Emacs] Nightly builds for Aquamacs working again / includes TLS support

I just committed your proposed fix for the problem displaying file local variables on startup (https://github.com/davidswelt/aquamacs-emacs/issues/147). It would probably be good for a few people to try the nightly with that in for any weird side effects, and then I think it’s good.
