[OS X Emacs] Avoiding accidental quitting

It's not my favorite MacOS feature that Cmd-W is right next to Cmd-Q...

I just once again pressed Cmd-Q, shutting down my long running emacs
with all the files I needed open, etc.

Is there some way to fix Emacs so that either:

* (preferred) It asks me if I really want to quit when I press Cmd-Q or

* (less awesome, but still great) I just turn off Cmd-Q as quit and go
back to using C-x C-c, which has always worked fine.

Thanks!
