[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs on Monterey does not install command-line tools

When I try to install the command line tools, either through `M-x 
aquamacs-install-command-line-tool` or through the Tools menu, I just 
get "AppleScript error 1" message, and nothing seems to happen.

In `*Messages*` I see:

     let*: AppleScript error 1 [2 times]

I was able to use the terminal + sudo to make this work. Possibly what 
was wrong was that in Monterrey I did not have a `/usr/local/bin` 
directory created by default?
