[Mac OS X TeX] fonts and ligatures

<x-flowed>Hi all,
I'm trying to get some ligatures here, which supposedly are 
automatically created. Well, this is not happening.
Can anyone tell me which are the fonts that provide all the following 
ligatures (it seems some have f + i, but that's is).
I'm looking for (the usual ones):
f + i
f +l
f + f but mostly
c + t
s + t.
