[OS X TeX] Only TeXGSINstaller 200208272201 works on Jaguar

I would like to add to this that only this version will work on Jaguar. 
The sh-behaviour dependency is of influence on systems without the 
developer environment.

So a warning: do not use any version of TeXGSInstaller below 
200208272201 on Mac OS X 10.2.
