The Mac OS X TeX list also has this info in the header:

List-Subscribe: <mailto:MacOSX-TeX-on at email.esm.psu.edu>
List-Digest: <mailto:MacOSX-TeX-digest at email.esm.psu.edu>
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:MacOSX-TeX-off at email.esm.psu.edu>

The footer of each message is not entirely the same. Should I remove the
associated info from the footer?

To UNSUBSCRIBE, send email to <info at email.esm.psu.edu> with
"unsubscribe macosx-tex" (no quotes) in the body.
For additional HELP, send email to <info at email.esm.psu.edu> with
"help" (no quotes) in the body.
