	I think that having the List-Unsubscribe in the footer is really
good - maybe just the <mailto:MacOSX-TeX-off at email.esm.psu.edu> rather than
the whole "send email to <info at email.esm.psu.edu> with..." instructions
which are not as easy.  Adding the List-Archive link (and any others
available: List-Owner, Id and Post for example - any others?) to the
headers would be good.

	People looking for archives probably would look in the headers, so
it might not be necessary to have it in the footer too.  In any case,
limiting the footer as much as possible is a good thing.
