[OS X TeX] problem with latin1 fonts

what kind of problem?
If you do not see accented chars, try to view your pdf with acrobat, not 
with TeXShop (nor iTeXMac) this is a bug in mac os x.

If this is another problem, tell us more (don't forget to dig in the 
.log file)
