[OS X TeX] truncated file names on OzTeX CD

To all OzTeX CD users...

A few file names on the CD have been truncated.  Fortunately not too
many and the problems are easily fixed.

In particular, to install Fink and its TeX-related packages from the CD
you first need to copy the Freeware/OS X/Fink folder to your disk and
then rename some files.  All the details are here:

My apologies for these errors.  The truncated names occurred because
I created the master CD on OS 9 and forgot to check some of the
X-specific packages for long file names.
