[OS X TeX] mathtime & book.cls

O.k., I modified the updmap script and ran it in the terminal as Michael 
suggested; now, finally, everything seems to work fine.

Many thanks to Bruno for always helping me and others with mathtime & 
font issues; many thanks to Gerben et al. for all his/their invaluable 
work on teTeX & TeXShop (I'm looking forwar to the even better version); 
and many thanks to my Tübinger colleague Michael -- Grüße an unsere
