Howdy,

It seems that ppower4 seems to be moved in TL2004. In the PP4LaTeX script
change the postprocessor path from

"/usr/local/teTeX/bin/ppower4/ppower4p"

to

"/usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current/ppower4"

(all on a single line) and that worked for me.
