[OS X TeX] Fonts

As a potential newcomer to TeX have just read 
http://homepage.mac.com/bkerstetter/tex/fonttutorial-current.html and 
have narrowly avoided the temptation to leap off the balcony...

We were intending to use a face from Storm, no doubt his OT Baskerville 
Ten. Is there any chance that this could be made to work with LaTeX? 
Should we go for a different format?
