[OS X TeX] Bundles for Windows as well

Regarding the question of bundles (aka wrappers), which are sometimes mentioned here for TeX documents on OS X, but never seem to go past a few days of interest:

It seems the idea of bundles is starting to get impetus even in the Windows world, in another context: not our beloved TeX, but the Firefox browser. See the entry <http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/ben/archives/006894.html> in the weblog of Ben Goodger, lead engineer of the Firefox development team. The matter is a bit different, though, as it's for an app, not a document.
