[OS X TeX] Bundles for Windows as well

Well, he only asks if it is possible. But there is no difference in a 
bundle that is an app and a bundle that is a document - it is just the 
behaviour of what happens when they're opened that is different.

As I understand it, Jérôme has built (or is building) bundles into 
iTeXMac 2, along with all sorts of assorted nice things. Here's hoping 
that the long time spent on it yields an awesome result.
