[OS X TeX] TeXniscope 0.3.2

Another small revision to fix some annoying bugs.
- rewrote the code of the key binding editor, now it should work 
properly.
- the spot which appears when forward searching is now green and 
disappears when changing page. Also it changes consistently with zoom.
  - fixed a bug which caused hangs when refreshing a  non valid dvi.
