[OS X TeX] TeXShop Saving backup file -- Bug in documentation?

The documentation for TeXShop states that:

defaults write TeXShop SaveBackup YES

This doesn't seem to do anything.  A quick perusal of
the source seems to indicate that the preference key
is actually called "KeepBackup".  Line 54 of globals.m
is:

globals.m:54:NSString *KeepBackupKey = @"KeepBackup";

using

defaults write TeXShop KeepBackup YES

instead produces the desired effect, e.g. when saving
main.tex, the previous version is saved as main~.tex

Is this an error in the source, the documentation or
both?
