I'm having difficulties.
I want to use the Type1 version of cbgreek. Everything used to work.
I have removed ~/Library/texmf/pdftex/pdftex.cfg and copied all my maps
in ~/Library/texmf/fonts/map as suggested.
I have run updmap. I get :
Scanning for Map entries:
[snip]
using map file `/Users/jsalort/Library/texmf/fonts/map/cbgreek.map'
[snip]
mapWarn notFound context.map
[snip]
1/ I have that strange error message
2/ cbgreek.map is actually not taken into account
a. /Users/jsalort/Library/texmf/fonts/pk/ljfour/cb/grmn1000.600pk is
used by pdflatex (and not the pfb !)
b. there is no grmn in
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/fonts/map/pdftex/updmap/pdftex.map
Any help ?
PS:
% kpsewhich cbgreek.map
/Users/jsalort/Library/texmf/fonts/map/cbgreek.map
% kpsewhich grmn1000.pfb
/Users/jsalort/Library/texmf/fonts/type1/cb/grmn1000.pfb
