[OS X TeX] First iteration of performance results

Gerben,

I wonder what this test should reveal except the performance of  
certain tex/hardware configurations in rebuilding formats. I doubt  
that the results allow conclusions how the same tex/hardware  
configuration will perform in actual typesetting of source files.
