[OS X TeX] First iteration of performance results

Certainly, but I'll get back to that later. I am now finding about 
about differences between TeX versions and OS versions and hardware. 
Adding stuff like a normal tex run and such is in the works.

The reasons I chose this is that it is pretty stable in what is done.
