[OS X TeX] how to convert .doc to .TEX?

vwWare can convert MS Word documents to LaTeX (and a bunch of other 
formats), but my experience is not deep enough to tell if it is 
powerful enough to handle complex Word documents. There is also 
available an i-Package in Gerben's i-Installer.
