[OS X TeX] Crossrefs and BibDesk (booktitle vs. title, OT)

Well, but what Ken does is not what is intended really but kind of a  
dirty trick (although it might work fine).
I am using jurabib as my bib style, where you have an optional  
"titleaddon" field for exactly this situation.
