[OS X TeX] TeXshop, non european fonts and XeTeX

[yes, I DO have Geeza Pro]

ok, two things.
(I) I forgot to read the  IMPORTANT_README.
(II) After writing defaults write TeXShop UseOldHeadingCommands NO
      everything worked

I guess supporting both would be incompatible, right?
