Shouldn't 'colorlinks' be 'true'? You define the 'linkcolor' as
'black'. I generated a pdf-doc with colored links but without the
bounding box in Acrobat using:
\usepackage[pdftex,                        %%% hyper-references for
pdflatex
pageanchor=false,%                 %%% \tableofcontents will not
contain hyperlinks
bookmarks=true,%                           %%% generate bookmarks ...
bookmarksnumbered=false,%               %%% ... without numbers
hypertexnames=false,% %%% needed for correct links
to figures !!!
breaklinks=true,%                          %%% break links if
exceeding a single line
colorlinks=true]{hyperref}
\pdfadjustspacing=1
}
