[OS X TeX] Courier font changes?

Isn't Courier one of the fonts that isn't embedded by default, so it
is basically up to the viewer and the fonts it has available to show
whatever it feels like on the day?
You could of course embed them all, or use some other font that is
embedded, no matter what.
