[OS X TeX] updated packages

Dear Gerben


It would be very nice to have the next update with updated versions
of pgf and beamer.


In the longer perspective it could be reasonable to separate installation
of the MacOSX specific part and the platform-independent part which could be
grabbed from the main CTAN directory.
