[OS X TeX] scripted lower case letters

Because there are two kinds of TeX users: those that have  
ZapfChancery-MediumItalic built into their printer, and those that  
have not. It's

	sudo -H updmap-sys --setoption LW35=ADOBEkb

or such to use the real printer fonts.

The basic set-up, as in the MacTeX install package for example,  
substitutes the printer's LW35 fonts with the clones. During an  
expert install you can correct this default setting.
