[OS X TeX] Askinclude

Some styles write into the aux files things that regular latex does
not understand. That's why commenting out a package may cause
problems the first time you typeset but not the second. The solution
is to click "trash aux files" on the console before your typeset,
or, as you discovered, to hit return (or type "Q", for "quiet" = no
more error messages please) until you get past the offending parts.
