How can I markup revisions of a document in the PDF output?

I imagine that I write a tex file, than I pdfLaTeX the file (and set
a revision marker) and get a first PDF output. If later I change the
tex file (and change the marker for revision modus) and rerun
pdfLaTeX again than all changes in the PDF output should be marked by
different colours, deleted parts should be crosslined.

Do you know a tool for that purpose?

TIA and kind regards. Friedrich
