[OS X TeX] A proper place to install a newer package

A package in ~/Library/texmf is given priority to the same package in  
the other texmf trees. It's the best place to install your own  
packages, except if you are a single administrator user of your user:  
in this case, you can consider to use the /usr/local/teTeX/share/ 
texmf.local tree (don't forget "mktexlsr" for this tree).------------------------- Info --------------------------
