[OS X TeX] Correct page numbers without hyperref

Can natbib and the makebst script be coerced to yield the same effect  
as apacite? That way you can switch to fully compatible packages, and  
use hyperref after all. I don't know of any way of getting i, ii, iii  
… 1, 2, 3, … without hyperref.
