[OS X TeX] Failures while playing around with Unicode

Step 4 of these instructions is incorrect: do *not* edit pdftex.cfg  
or updmap.cfg yourself, to add the reference to cyberbit.map. Instead:

- Make sure that, after installing all the files at their appropriate  
locations inside texmf.local, you run in Terminal:

	sudo mktexlsr

- Afterwards, still in Terminal, run:

	sudo -H updmap-sys --enable Map cyberbit.map
