Hi,
I'm aware that this is probably a recurring question; but searching the
archives did not really provide anything I was able to use. So my
question is:
We've got Adobe Garamond Pro and I want to convert the otf - files into
pfb/afm - files for fontinst. The problem I get is the following error
message from fontforge :
Encoding to large
Your font has a 2 byte encoding, but you are attempting to save it in a
format that only supports one byte encodings, ... Do you want to
procede?
Can anybody give me a hint regarding the conversion of otf-files into
pfb/afm ??
Or will I have to split the Pro files somehow into the old standard/
expert scheme??
Thanks,
Moritz
