[OS X TeX] Can't Print Some Maths?

The font is known to the system, because it has a Font ID, but then  
the font file seems to have no name: "". Do you have Apple's  
FontToolSuite installed? One programme, ftxinstalledfonts, can list  
font ids and their path names ... http://developer.apple.com/ 
textfonts/download/
