Quite a few other as well. comparing the /usr/local/teTeX/share/fonts/ 
map/dvips/tetex/ shows 9 files are missing:
bsr-interpolated.map
bsr.map
contnav.map
hoekwater.map
lucidabr-o.map
lumath-o.map
pxfonts.map
ttcmex.map
txfonts.map
