I don't get \href{mailto:... at ...}{\url{... at ...}} working, i.e. I get the
clickable link, but instead of the email, I get a browser window opened.
I get the following working:
\href{mailto:rloukano at stp.lingfil.uu.se}{rloukano at stp.lingfil.uu.se}
